A: Free tail for five-plus year members, retirement, disability, or death. Retirement Provisions at least age 60 and insured by JMW for five years or at any age and seven years consecutive.

A: As with any other insurance company that folds, you would need to find another carrier and consider getting Prior Acts coverage.

A: Prior Acts coverage is available and rated back to your requested “retro” date.

A: Deloitte Consulting, our actuary, works with us and submits to regulators annually an opinion on rate adequacy.
